To swiftly get through the licensing application please have the following information available:

• Business EIN Number
• NJ Business Registration Number
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Lease or Deed
• Landlord Information

If the premises have a security, fire alarm or fire supression system(s) installed please have information regarding the installation and monitoring on hand.

Please note that other certificates and or business permits may be required -based on the type of business. You will be alerted to these as you complete the registration.
